Who are we?
We’re a community of Christians seeking to know God better and to make him known to others. The message of the cross of Jesus is great news to our world because it brings us back to God. Since we discover Jesus in the bible, we place a high priority on helping each other understand it more.
We are a family of God’s people who support and encourage one another through both the good and the bad times we experience.
Everyone is welcome to join us, and find out the hope and peace that our great God offers to his world!
Rev Jeremy Rice – Dean (Senior Minister)
Originally from England, Jeremy first came to Australia in 1979 to ride his motorbike around Australia. He quickly came to love the country, Virginia, the nurse who was to become his wife, and the living God through faith in His Son, Jesus Christ. Formerly a medical laboratory technician, Jeremy trained for ministry at Sydney Missionary & Bible College and at Moore Theological College before serving for 12 years in the Diocese of Armidale in NW NSW. Jeremy and Virginia moved to Geraldton with their two teenage sons Peter & Stephen in 2003.
Rev Paul Spackman, Associate Minister
Paul was born in country NSW, and grew up in Sydney. He has worked as a Civil Engineer, but loves to build lives for eternity. Paul trained to build lives for eternity at Moore Theological College in Sydney and for 6 years served on both sides of Australia, in both inner city and suburban contexts. He is married to Melinda and is dad to Macauley, Gabrielle and Anneka. They moved to Geraldton in 2005 to be part of the ministry team. Paul likes riding his push bike and making sawdust in his spare time, as well as spending time with his family exploring the North West.
